Moviestorm 1.1 Launches

Short Fuze is proud to announce the release of version 1.1 of Moviestorm.

Since we released version 1.0.4 back in April, we've added a whole host of new features. Our beta testers, have been absolutely at the heart of what we've done. We've listened to everything you've told us about Moviestorm, and we've focused on the areas that you have identified as most needing attention.

The first thing you'll notice is that the user interface has been completely redesigned. (That's why it's 1.1, not 1.0.5. It looks like a completely new product.) Out with the old blue, in with a stylish slate grey.

You told us that getting to grips with Moviestorm was tricky, so we've added in a Quick Start Movie which takes you through the basics of Moviestorm and make your first finished movie in ten to fifteen minutes. You can even upload it directly to the Moviestorm Web site or YouTube right from within Moviestorm.

You asked for a tool to create unique faces, so we built some easy face morphing tools that let you customise the basic heads we supply. You asked for better control over the characters' moods, so we redesigned the emotion system and the associated animations to give you better, more powerful performances with less effort.

Moviestorm 1.1 also includes a completely new camera system that is easier to use, easier to understand, and more powerful. Not only that, but camera movement is now much smoother, and you can create some wonderfully cinematic moments.

And there's much, much more to discover inside Moviestorm 1.1. Moviestorm is still, of course, completely free. Download it now, try it for yourself, tell us what you think of it and what you want to see - and don't forget to tell your friends!
